Garagum Hazynasy IE was founded at the end of 2019 and has since established itself as a reliable service provider in the oil and gas, chemical, and energy industries. The company offers a wide range of qualified services, including the supply, repair, installation of equipment, and maintenance of technological lines. Notable projects include the replacement of individual equipment units at enterprises such as Tedzhenkarbamid, Turkmenbashy complex of oil refineries, and others.

 

WHAT ARE THE EFFORTS BEING MADE ON IMPROVING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS?

 

As a Manager with extensive work experience, I prioritize the sustainable development of our employees' professional skills. Continuity in personnel, where experienced employees effectively transfer their knowledge to new hires, is crucial. We believe that systematic training and a drive for improvement are essential for achieving the company’s goals. With the introduction of deputy general director positions, we tasked business area heads with creating a training algorithm for all company areas. After thorough analysis, the responsibility for organizing personnel training was assigned to one of the deputies. Starting in May 2020, our deputy general directors underwent training. Since then, every three months, employees receive training on various programs. By October 2023, our staff, including management, had earned international certificates.

 

In November 2023, our company received an ISO certificate for three international standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Health and Safety Management System). Our approach combines extensive practical experience with rigorous analysis to find optimal project solutions. Regular thematic meetings involve all specialists, ensuring compliance with all work requirements. Training extends beyond certificates from foreign institutions; our specialists also take advanced courses at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, focusing on specific areas and innovative project solutions.

Annual training and certification according to international standards like OPITO, as well as state standards, are mandatory. We emphasize strict adherence to safety and labor protection requirements, including practical exercises. We believe these activities are vital for our company's development.
