KOÇ Construction started operations in Uzbekistan in 2018 as a local company. We are part of the Sarikoç Holding, which is a large family-owned company founded in 1969 under the name of UNLIMITED POWER COMPANY in Istanbul, with extensive experience in the real estate sector. The company's entry into Uzbekistan was part of its strategy to promote the development of the New Uzbekistan led by implemented by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and bringing its expertise to develop projects in the country.

 

KOÇ Construction's focus is on quality, affordability, and fast delivery of its projects. We want to contribute to the development of Uzbekistan through the implementation of innovative projects. The company aims to meet international standards, implementing high-tech engineering and the experience of its team, accumulated over the years. Its customer-oriented working style, flexible administrative approach, and proven management procedures position the company among the market leaders.

 

We have been successful in implementing our prospective planning process, effective management systems, and technological advancements. Our offices in Uzbekistan are our headquarters for our Central Asia operations. We have over 3,500 employees at our local operations and we operate projects in 10 countries in 3 continents.

We strongly believe in the positive relations between Türkiye and Uzbekistan, as well as between Presidents Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Besides Uzbekistan, we have ongoing projects in Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Iran and we are soon expanding to Kazakhstan and Russia. We have started a very important project in Shymkent which is being taken care of by our construction teams from Uzbekistan. We aim to enter the world’s biggest 250 contractors in 5 years.

 

HOW DOES KOÇ CONSTRUCTION ENSURE QUALITY IN ITS PROJECTS?

 

We have a very skilled and professional team with many years of experience. We also develop all aspects of our business in-house and in collaboration with our partners in Uzbekistan. We don’t make use of subcontractors in our projects and construction sites. We also make sure to supervise all projects ourselves so we can guarantee the quality. Since 2018, all the projects we have implemented were delivered on time, and some even ahead of schedule, and respecting the budget.

 

CAN YOU TELL US MORE ABOUT THE PIRAMIT TOWER PROJECT?

 

The Piramit Tower project is our flagship investment in Uzbekistan. All construction works are being implemented according to the plan and we expect that by 2024 we will commission the first stage of the project, which will include offices and residences. The shopping centre is expected to be opened in 2025. This project has given investors a number of benefits with good returns. We have been receiving very positive feedback from our clients since the beginning of the project. At the moment, we still have opportunities for investors and we launched a new campaign with a special payment plan, suitable for different needs. The project continues to generate income to investors even before it opens and as the project is just starting, there are some very attractive investment opportunities available.
